Our standard inspection cadence runs AQL 2.5 — the tighter of the two industry-standard sock tolerances — at 30%, 70%, and 100% production completion. Most factories inspect once at 100%; the three-checkpoint cadence catches yarn or knit issues mid-run when correction is still cost-effective.
Knit pattern, yarn count, and color accuracy verified against the approved sample. If a yarn lot is off-spec, we can switch lots before further commitment.
Heel and toe construction verified for Y-stitch quality and dimensional accuracy. Linking gauge checked across multiple machines if running parallel SKUs.
Full AQL 2.5 sample inspection. Carton-level packing, labeling, and barcode verification. CPSIA / REACH testing CoAs prepared for shipments to US / EU markets.
