Many sock factories list a long row of acronyms with no reference numbers. We publish our actual audit references so any buyer can verify them through LRQA, Sedex, and Intertek directly.
LRQA SMETA 4-Pillar
Two consecutive years of SMETA 4-Pillar audit by LRQA — the most widely accepted ethical-trade audit standard among European, UK, and Australian retailers. Full reports and Corrective Action Plan (CAPR) are uploaded to our Sedex profile and available to verified buyers on request.
Intertek SQP (Supplier Qualification Program)
Intertek SQP assessment covering five operational pillars. Personnel Training and Product Testing scored 100%; Process Control 99%. The 2025 baseline assessment identified Risk Management and formal QMS documentation as improvement areas — both addressed in our 2026 corrective action cycle.
Product-level certifications such as OEKO-TEX are issued against materials and finished goods, not against the factory. We source from certified yarn suppliers and arrange the relevant documentation for each order that needs it.

Our SMETA reports are visible on the Sedex platform to any registered buyer with our site reference. Our Intertek SQP report is available from your account manager. The 2026 LRQA audit identified non-conformities that are documented in our Corrective Action Plan — we share the full report, including the gaps, because transparent suppliers are easier to work with than opaque ones.
