Yes. CPSIA compliance is standard on all ANV children's products: lead < 90 ppm, phthalate < 0.1%, no small parts on under-3y products, tracking labels included. Pre-shipment lead / phthalate testing via Intertek with CoA attached to commercial invoice; $80 per batch added for testing fee, waived on orders ≥ 5,000 pairs.

2,000 pairs per design. Sizes are mixed freely inside that minimum — a 0–6mo / 6–12mo / 1–3y range is one 2,000-pair order, not three, and you decide the split across sizes. One design may also carry up to two colorways within the same 2,000 pairs.

Yes. We have active Disney character licensing programs and the production team is trained on Disney brand compliance (color tolerance, character integrity, wash cycle testing). Buyer provides Disney license proof to start; ANV handles production-side compliance.

Yes. ANV's 0–6mo SKUs use 80% combed cotton + 17% spandex + 3% elastic, knitted from yarn covered by OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate SH005 194192 (TESTEX AG), product class I — the most stringent tier, the one written for baby and toddler articles. The certificate covers the yarn, not the finished sock; you can verify it yourself through Label Check on the OEKO-TEX website. No drawstrings, no small detachable parts. Anti-slip silicone sole optional (8 dots/cm² spacing).

ANV's standard children's sock patterns do not use drawstrings or cord ties anywhere on the product. For any sock design with decorative cord at cuff, we route to an EN 14682-compliant sub-pattern that removes the cord entirely or replaces it with sewn-in elastic.

ANV's standard toddler anti-slip sole is 6–8 silicone dots per cm² in a non-toxic medical-grade silicone. The silicone print is applied after knitting and therefore sits outside our OEKO-TEX yarn certificate; it is covered instead by LFGB food-contact testing and, where the programme requires it, order-level CPSIA testing. Suitable for ages 6 months through 5 years (walking and pre-school). Dots are screen-printed at production temperature 160°C and tested for 50+ wash cycles at 40°C with no peeling.

Yes. ANV uses food-grade silicone certified to LFGB, the European food-contact standard. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 does not certify silicone prints — our certificate SH005 194192 covers yarn — so we cite LFGB and order-level CPSIA testing for the silicone rather than implying OEKO-TEX cover it does not have. Silicone is non-toxic, dishwasher-temperature-resistant, and does not contain BPA, PVC, phthalates, or lead. CPSIA-compliant for use on children's products under 3 years.
