Custom Christmas socks China OEM — what is your Q4 cutoff?
Production booking cutoff is mid-July (typically July 15) for Q4 retail floor delivery (October–November). Sample iteration window: March–June. Beyond July 15, we can still take orders but use air freight (4–6× shipping cost) and risk on-shelf delays. We strongly recommend pre-booking by April for first-time program partners.
Do you handle Disney character licensing for themed socks?
Yes. Active programs for Mickey, Disney Princess, Star Wars, and Marvel seasonal capsules. Buyer provides Disney license documentation; ANV handles production-side compliance (color tolerance ΔE ≤ 2.0, character integrity, durability testing). License fee paid by buyer directly to Disney; ANV charges +$0.04/pair for licensed jacquard or embroidered integration.
What MOQ for themed holiday socks?
500 pairs per theme/SKU on trial tier; 3,000 pairs production tier per design. For Christmas programs targeting US / EU retail, typical first-year order size is 5,000–20,000 pairs per design across 3–6 designs in a single program.
Can you do Fair Isle traditional Nordic Christmas patterns?
Yes. Our Fair Isle sock-warmer (acrylic-nylon-elastic blend, FOB approximately $0.95) is the volume SKU. Full-foot Fair Isle crew socks in angora-wool blend available at $0.95–$1.31 FOB depending on color count (up to 8 colors per jacquard pattern, 24-row repeat).
Halloween socks China OEM — what designs do you have?
Rhinestone-stitched motifs (pumpkin, bat, spider, ghost) on orange or black base $0.40–$0.50 FOB; embroidered character socks $0.35–$0.45; jacquard knit-in Halloween-pattern crew socks. We hold 12+ pre-designed Halloween motifs ready to customize with buyer branding.
Can you do rhinestone-stitched socks for under-3 age range?
No. Per CPSIA small-parts rule, rhinestones are not permitted on products intended for children under 3 years. For toddler holiday socks, we use embroidered or jacquard patterns instead. For ages 3–8y, rhinestones are permitted; for ages 8+ and adult, no age restriction.
What is your color tolerance for Disney-licensed colors?
Disney color tolerance is ΔE ≤ 2.0 (CIELAB color difference) on dyed yarn. ANV's dye-house process achieves ΔE ≤ 1.5 on standard color codes. We supply per-batch dye-lot documentation (CoA via Intertek if requested) at $40 per batch.

Yes. Advent calendar gift programs (24 different sock designs in one window box) are a specialty Christmas program. Setup fee $400 (artwork + die-cut box tooling); per-box cost $8–$15 depending on individual SKU mix. MOQ 500 boxes.
